Executive Chef & Co Founder
Chef Espinoza is known for his artistry in the kitchen.
Espinoza has been exposed to all that the restaurant industry has to offer since he was 14 years old. You may have experienced his talent throughout Charlottesville, Virginia at restaurants such as The College Inn, Bizou, Champion Grill, The Ridley, South & Central, and Passiflora. Currently Chef Espinoza is the Sous Chef at the Quirk Hotel in Charlottesville, VA.
Espinoza wanted to take his talent and passion for flavors and pair that with Chloe's expertise in Marketing & Public Relations to create Espinoza Cuisine.
Born in Tecate, Baja California, Espinoza is known for dishes that showcase the authentic flavors of Mexico, and truly capture all that the culture has to offer.
Espinoza's clients follow him wherever he goes and once you try his food you will see why!
Chloe Clark
Co Founder & Marketing Director
Chloe is known for her expertise in all things marketing and public relations. She is the CEO & Founder of The Contented Canine.
Chloe began her academic journey at Piedmont Virginia Community College as a dual enrollment student and graduated as an early college scholar. She then graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication & a concentration in Public Relations. Chloe also had the opportunity of studying Italian Media, Society, & Culture at the University of Milan in Milan, Italy. She recently completed her Master of Arts degree in Corporate, Nonprofit, and Health Communication from Johns Hopkins University.
As an award-winning communication ambassador who is certified in social media and email marketing, Chloe specializes in content creation, LinkedIn brand management, personal branding, and personal/professional development for her clients. Aside from her role as a business owner, she has had the privilege of working with many small businesses, and nonprofits in Charlottesville, Virginia & Washington D.C to create messages that truly break through the noise.
She is a fierce advocate and ally for many minority groups. Chloe is passionate about advocating for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, the homeless, those who identify as LGBTQ+, those who identify as BIPOC, and any individuals or groups who may not have the resources or opportunities to advocate for themselves.
